8️⃣ Troubleshooting
❌ "Connection error"
- Check that the server URL is correct (no typos).
- Check that your internet connection is active.
- Restart the app and try again.
- Contact your provider to verify that your subscription is active.
❌ "Channel loading is slow"
- Check your internet speed (minimum 10 Mbps for 4K).
- Close other apps using the internet.
- Try connecting via Ethernet rather than Wi-Fi.
❌ "The app crashes or freezes"
- Clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → HOT IPTV → Clear cache).
- Check that you have the latest version of the app.
- Restart your device.
❌ "TV Guide (EPG) doesn't show"
- Check that your provider offers EPG.
- In HOT IPTV settings, enable the "Show EPG" option.
- Wait a few minutes, EPG loading can take time.
